Yeesh! Being on my meds has helped me SO much, that I actually forgot what it felt like to have a panic attack! When I had one this morning, I seriously felt for a moment like I was having a heart attack, or something…

So today is the first day in about 10 years that I’ve taken Ritalin for my ADD.
It kicked in a few moments ago, and I’m noticing that my head feels bigger, if that makes any sense. Almost like my brain grew one size, so it’s pushing on my noggin a little bit.
